Warranty Policy
Stainless Steel Vacuum Products
Period of the Warranty
The body of vacuum-insulated stainless-steel products: One year from the purchase date.
- ZOJIRUSHI SE ASIA CORPORATION LTD. (‘ZOJIRUSHI’) warrants only the product with temperature retention problems that do not meet the company’s standard due to manufacturing defects.
- Period of warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty does apply only if the product has a LOT SEAL at the bottom of the product. (do NOT remove the lot seal)
- The warranty will not become effective unless the warranty registration has been completed.
- The warranty does not cover if any products or parts has been damaged by accident or misuse; has not been properly maintained or operated according to the operation manual.

The warranty shall be void when
- Damages on products arising from reasons stated in no. 5.
- The period of warranty has completed one year from the date of purchase.
- Fail to conform to the condition in no. 2. and 5.
- This warranty is limited to the product only, excluding all accessories and parts
- This warranty is limited only to the product purchased, sold, and used in Thailand.
Electrical Products
Period of the Warranty
Circuit board: One year from the purchase date.
Heater: Five years from the purchase date.
General Conditions
- ZOJIRUSHI will repair the product at a ZOJIRUSHI-authorized service center only.

ZOJIRUSHI warrants the product that has problems from the following causes.
- Malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects
- Malfunctions caused by properly maintained or operated according to the operation manual but do not cover any accessories or parts which can be worn down from normal use.
- ZOJIRUSHI will repair the product at no charge for the product that has been registered and is still under the warranty period. (Non-registered products will be repaired with charge.)

Repair costs may occur even within the warranty period if the product is damaged or malfunctioned due to the following causes;
- The product has not been properly operated or maintained according to the operation manual.
- The product has been modified or repaired by a non-authorized service center or without permission from ZOJIRUSHI.
- Transportation, moving, or dropping after the purchase.
- External causes, including fire, earthquake, flooding, lightning, other natural disasters, pollution, insects, gases or using different voltage from the specified by ZOJIRUSHI.
- Used for non-household purposes.
- Install the product on vehicles such as a car or boat.
- Fail to register the product through ZOJIRUSHI’s warranty system.
- Replace consumable parts or similar parts.
- ZOJIRUSHI reserves the right to not receive or deliver the product requiring repair by post in any circumstances because product damages may occur during transportation.
- ZOJIRUSHI is not responsible for transportation fees in the event that the customer delivers or picks up the product at the service center.
- This warranty does not cover other contexts which is not stated in the terms and conditions of this warranty. ZOJIRUSHI is not responsible for damage caused by indirect causation, such as defect from hitting or dropping.
- The product will be repaired at the earliest, however, there might be some cases where it takes longer time to repair due to several factors, such as waiting for parts imported from overseas.
- ZOJIRUSHI and the service center are not responsible for products that cannot be repaired due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, such as no permission to import parts required for the repair.
- ZOJIRUSHI reserves the right to refuse to make repairs even within the warranty period due to the period of keeping the parts in stock becomes end after the discontinuation of product production.
- This warranty is limited only to the product purchased, sold, and used in Thailand.
Remark: ZOJIRUSHI reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without advance notification.
